Novas Shipping and Returns Policy
Here at Nova State from start to finish our garments are made with love and this does not end when we ship it to you. Within moments of you placing your order our small bespoke team make your garment ready to send to you. We are a small business so sometimes it may take up to ten working days for your garment to be ready.
We have a one off delivery fee for shipping anywhere in the UK however if you are abroad there will be increased chargers depending on what country you live in.
Orders outside of the UK
If you are ordering from outside of the UK you may be charged customs and import fees when your parcel arrives - this is a fee applied by your country on the value of your order.
Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Nova State cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Nova State as your fashion destination. We pride ourselves on creating sparkly and unique pieces that are as unique as you are. As a small fashion label, all of our garments are made to order. Due to the nature of our business, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for your purchase.
However, we understand that people love different shapes and designs and that fashion is as unique as you are.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer our customers the following options:

Credit Voucher: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a credit voucher. This voucher can be used towards a future purchase and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Free Alteration: We understand that not everything suits everyone, and sometimes a small adjustment can make all the difference. Therefore, we are happy to offer free alterations to ensure that the garment meets your expectations and needs. Please note that any alterations requested must be communicated to us within 14 days of receiving the garment.
In the rare event that the garment turns out to be faulty, please contact our customer service team, and we will be in touch at the closest opportunity to resolve the issue.
Our fabrics are delicate and very special, and in order to keep your garments in perfect condition, we recommend that you hand wash them in warm water and dry flat to avoid stretching. Please be aware that there will be occasions when some crystals fall off, and this is natural after several wears. However, if there are areas of concern, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
